When will my order ship?

Returns

We do not accept returns for TCG products, sports cards, comic books, opened products, gift cards, or items with manufacturing defects. For all other products, please contact our support team to request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please note that return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—sealed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, email us at info@geekandco.com. Do not send any items back until you receive confirmation from us.
If your return is approved, unopened items can be returned within 15 days of purchase/delivery at the buyer’s expense to the following address: Geek & Co. Cote St-Luc Shopping Center 7155 Cote Saint Luc Road Cote Saint-Luc, QC, H4V 1J2.

Refunds on Sale Items/Orders with Discount Codes:
Items purchased with a discount code or during a sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds on Singles Orders

Singles orders are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds on Pre-Orders

Refunds for pre-orders initiated by the customer are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that cancellations for pre-order items are not allowed during release week. 

Refunds on Regular Priced Orders

Items can be refunded to the original payment method as long as the order has not been fulfilled or processed. Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or altered.

Damaged Products/Missing Items

 If you receive damaged or missing items, you must notify us by email at info@geekandco.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for ripped boxes, as this is a common issue with items shipped directly from manufacturers like Pokémon.

Cancellations

Pre-orders are subject to supplier allocation. If there are allocation issues, the pre-order item will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

Price Adjustments

We do not provide price adjustments for products during sales periods.

Change in store policies

Please note that all policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Store credit

Store credit is non-transferable.

Pre orders

By placing a pre-order with Geek & Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • All pre-orders are subject to supplier allocation.
  • Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase, not at shipment.
  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will only be shipped when all pre-order items in the order are available.
  • Release dates are estimates and may be subject to delays or cancellations. If a manufacturer cancels an item, we will issue a refund for that pre-order.
  • Your pre-order will be shipped as soon as we receive stock and after the release date.
  • While we will strive to provide the product on the release date, this is not guaranteed.
  • Pre-orders canceled by the customer will incur a 20% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

When will my order ship?

All orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order.

Shipping

Our company strives to ensure that all packages are delivered safely and securely; however, once a package has been delivered and confirmed by the delivery service, we are no longer responsible for its safety. We strongly advise our customers to track their shipments and verify receipt promptly. If a package is reported as stolen after delivery, it is crucial to contact local authorities and the delivery carrier to address the issue. Our responsibility extends only up to the point of delivery, and we encourage customers to take necessary precautions to safeguard their packages once they are in their possession.
