Why did my Geek and Co. order come in an Amazon, eBay or other branded box?

Simple…we care about the environment and we re-use boxes. We think every company should.

My order has both IN-STOCK items and PRE-ORDER items. How will it ship?

We will only ship your order once all the items in your order have arrived. If you want separate shipment, there will be additional fees. Please contact us.

The date of some Pre-Order items is late…what’s going on?

The RELEASE DATE we tag on products is the date given to us by the product manufacturers. Sometimes items are late in production…especially with COVID delays. Keep watching the site for updates.

I want to cancel an order. What do I do?

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We typically ship items 2-3 days after we received your order. After that, it depends on your location. We ship from Montreal, so shipping time varies from 2 to 6 days. Of course, Pre-Order items will only ship once they are released.

How come shipping outside of Canada or the US so expensive?

The shipping costs are calculated by Canada Post. We have no control over this. We always try to get the best costs but shipping overseas can get pricey. Since shipping many items is almost the same as shipping just one item, we suggest combining many items to offset the shipping cost.
